The 4 Dot Ranch is the business remaining after the sale of the property currently known as the 4 Dot Meadows Subdivision (West of Belgrade) in 1998. We moved to 8400 Theisen Road in October of 2000. 

Fred Sowerwine has been operating as "4 Dot Ranch" since May of 1967 when he moved to Belgrade while a student at MSU and started his horse operation. While raising horses, cattle and putting on AQHA sanctioned horse shows were the primary concerns for many years, Fred dabbled in other enterprises and while he is basically retired at this point, he continues as a Max ATV dealer and ISS (It’s So Simple) Mouse Trap manufacturer and retailer.

The 4 Dot Ranch became an authorized Max ATV dealership in May of 1994 and remains Montana's only retail outlet for Buffalo, New York based Recreatives Industries' amphibious skid steer machines that go almost anywhere in almost any terrain conditions.
