We have been in the Buffalo (bison) business since 2000 with bison meat for sale, bison hide gloves and great bison recipes! Montana Mountain Bison, Inc. feels there is a need for our bison meat to be competitive and comparable to beef so that our consumers can afford to eat healthier for a lot less money. Buffalo (Bison) meat is the native meat of choice. Research shows bison meat is a healthier choice being lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol than beef, pork, or skinless chicken
